AN UPDATE FROM ELLERSLIE IN LIGHT OF COVID-19
What a time in which to live! By now nearly everyone around the world has been affected in some way or another by the COVID-19 crisis. At Ellerslie, we have been affected too. As of March 25th, when the state of Colorado declared an official stay-at-home order, we were required to send our students home and cancel our Spring Practicum Program. It is hard for us not to be functioning as normal, but as a staff we are choosing to leap for joy. We are confident that God will leverage this situation for His glory as we trust Him completely.
While our current Spring Programs have switched from on-campus to online, the good news is that our Summer and Fall Programs are still happening on our Ellerslie Campus as scheduled! In light of all that has unfolded around the world over these past weeks, we know that God has a very special purpose for our remaining 2020 on-campus programs. If you are considering a week or a season to become equipped for Gospel-centered living in such a time as this, please visit our discipleship overview page to learn more about our upcoming programs. And if you are an Ellerslie Alumni, don’t miss our first ever Ellerslie Alumni Summit, happening July 19–25! (Learn more here.)
Know that we are standing with you and ready to serve you and strengthen you in this unique season!
Leaping for joy,
— Eric, Leslie, & the Ellerslie Team
