About this year's Dates:
The dates this year is different than in previous Summits. The start of the 2026 Summit is on Saturday evening (July 11) and ends at noon on Friday (July 17). Because the Summit sits between our two summer Classic programs, we unfortunately do not have the fellowship extension nor will be able to accommodate early arrivals or staying on-campus beyond Friday. So please plan accordingly. In summary, arrival/check-in will be from 2:00-6:00pm Saturday, July 11 and check-out of dorms will be 9am on Friday, July 17 (Summit will end at noon).
$995
pay what you can pay!
The regular price for the weeklong summit would normally be $995. But we have decided to offer this training summit on a donation-basis.*
When you register for the Ellerslie Alumni Summit, you will have the opportunity to input whatever amount you are able to afford.
*Please Note: if you are able to contribute the full price of $995 (or more) this will greatly help the ministry of Ellerslie and enable us to continue offering this Alumni Summit on a donation-basis so more alumni can participate. That said, money is not our chief concern in offering this Summit — rather, it is gathering together to seek Jesus! So no matter your situation, we encourage you to register for this powerful training experience and choose the donation amount that works for you!
"The Alumni Summit was everything I needed and more ... the fact of suffering well no matter the cost, with applicable tools on pouring life and truth into the lives of others..."
— Chelsey H.
"Each session [during the Ellerslie Alumni Summit] was so applicable and timely, and exactly what I needed to hear."
— Elizabeth W.

Alumni Summit FAQ
Yes, the Ellerslie Alumni Summit is for all Ellerslie and Bravehearted alumni. If you have attended one of our Ellerslie or Bravehearted programs of any length (in person or online) you are welcome to join us for the Alumni Summit!
We are only offering the summit to our Ellerslie and Bravehearted alumni. But if you’d like to attend, we encourage you to check out our 1-week and 5-week programs here. Once you are registered for an upcoming Ellerslie program, you will be able to register for the Ellerslie Alumni Summit.
The Ellerslie Alumni Summit would typically cost $995, but it is being offered on a donation-basis only. If you are able to donate the full retail amount (or higher) this will be a tremendous blessing to the ministry of Ellerslie and helping us keep the Summit as a pay-what-you-can donation. But regardless of the amount, we encourage you to register and pay what you are able! We do not want finances to stand in the way of your ability to participate! (Please note: tax-deductible donation receipts can only be provided for donation amounts higher than $995.)
Yes, each year we pick a new theme and build the messages around that specific topic. As such, each year’s Summit is different than the previous ones we’ve done.
While you are welcome to take your studies deeper and use your time here at Ellerslie intentionally, there will not be any required homework. Additional “take it deeper” resources may be supplied for those who are interested.
Our kitchen is happy to provide both gluten-free and dairy-free meal options upon request with every meal. In the Summit application there is a place where you can request the gluten/dairy free meal plan. If you’ve already applied, please email [email protected] and notify us of your request and we can add that to your registration.
Great question. Daily Thunder is a teaching series by Eric Ludy and Nathan Johnson that we film on our Ellerslie Campus and is later turned into a podcast for our listeners. You’ll get the opportunity to participate in our live studio audience during the summit. Tune in here.
